The study aimed to identify the degree of teachers ' possession of scientific research skills in Ajloun governorate, and also aimed to identify the degree of availability of scientific research components in schools, in light of the variables: The study sample consisted of (259) teachers, who were selected in the available way, and the results showed that the degree of teachers 'possession of scientific research skills in public schools in Ajloun governorate came with a (high) degree, as well as a (medium) degree of availability of scientific research components, and the results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of teachers' possession of scientific research skills, as well as the degree of availability of scientific research in schools according to variables: The study recommended the need to hold workshops for teachers to train them on writing scientific research and develop their skills by writing scientific research in general, distinguishing between primary and secondary sources, formulating research questions in a measurable way, analyzing data and discussing results commensurate with research questions and hypotheses.
