The study aimed to reveal the degree of public-school principals' practice of administrative transparency and its relationship to the quality of administrative decisions from the point of view of teachers in the first Zarqa Education Directorate. In an accessible way. The results showed that the degree of public school principals' practice of administrative transparency from the point of view of teachers in the first Zarqa Education Directorate came to a medium degree, and that the estimates of public school teachers for the paragraphs of the field of quality of administrative decisions in the light of school principals' practice of administrative transparency were all to a large degree, and the results showed that there were no differences Statistically significant in the arithmetic means of the estimates of government school teachers in the First Zarqa Education Directorate for the degree of school principals' practice of administrative transparency and the quality of administrative decisions due to sex, and there are statistically significant differences in the arithmetic means of school teachers' estimates of the degree of principals' practice of administrative transparency according to years of experience in favor of those with 10 years of experience and more, and there were no statistically significant differences in the arithmetic means of school teachers' estimates of the degree of school principals' practice of the level of quality of administrative decisions according to years of experience. The researcher recommends organizing courses for school principals and teachers. To introduce them to administrative transparency and administrative decisions, and to provide an environment that includes administrative transparency to ensure the quality of administrative decisions; Which reflects positively on the school and the educational process.
