هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن المخاوف المهنية لدى الطلبة المعلمين من ذوي الإعاقة، ومعرفة تأثير الإعداد المهني على تلك المخاوف المهنية، وأخيرًا تحديد احتياجاتهم المهنية؛ بهدف إعدادهم مهنيًّا وتربويًّا لمواجهة التحديات والمخاوف المهنية. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة؛ استخدم الباحثان منهجية البحث المختلط القائم على التصميم المضمّن المتزامن؛ حيث إن هذا المنهج يستقي البيانات النوعية كمصدر أوليّ والبيانات التحليلية كمصدر ثانوي. وقد شارك في هذه الدراسة لاستكمال الاستبانة 20 طالبًا وطالبة من ذوي الإعاقة في كلية التربية الأساسية؛ كما أجرى 7 منهم مقابلات شبه منظمة، وأجريت كذلك مقابلات شبه منظمة مع كلٍّ من رئيس اللجنة الدائمة لشؤون ذوي الإعاقة في الكلية، وكذلك مقابلات مع اثنين من مدربي التربية العملية بالكلية والمسؤولين عن تدريب الطلاب المعلمين من ذوي الإعاقة. وقد أسفرت النتائج عن المخاوف المهنية المرتبطة بنظرة الآخرين لهم بالنقص، أو الضعف، أو عدم القدرة، أو الحكم المسبق عليهم بسبب الإعاقة، بالإضافة إلى مخاوف مرتبطة بإدارة الصف ونقص الوسائل التكنولوجية، كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم كفايتها والحاجة للتطوير في خطة التدريب الميداني للطلاب المعلمين من ذوي الإعاقة، وتقديم خدمات مختلفة للتأهيل المهني، وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الدراسة عددًا من التوصيات والدراسات المقترحة. The aim of this study is to reveal the professional concerns of student teachers with disabilities and to know the impact of professional preparation on those professional concerns and finally to determine their professional needs, with the aim of preparing them professionally and educationally to face professional challenges and concerns. To achieve the objectives of this study, the researchers used the mixed research methodology based on embedded design. Simultaneous, as this approach draws qualitative data as a primary source and analytical data as a secondary source. Twenty male and female students with disabilities in the College of Basic Education participated in this study, where they completed the questionnaire, and 7 of them conducted semi-structured interviews. The study also conducted semi-structured interviews with the head of the permanent committee for people with disabilities in the college, as well as interviews with two practical education trainers in the college who are responsible for training student teachers with disabilities. The results revealed professional fears associated with others’ view of them as inferior, weak, incapable, or pre-judged because of their disability, in addition to concerns related to classroom management and lack of technological means. The results also indicated insufficiency and a need for development in the field training plan for student teachers Persons with disabilities and provide various services for vocational rehabilitation. In the light of the results, the study presented several recommendations and proposed studies. (Published abstract)
