هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الفاقد التعليمي، وأساليب الحد من الفاقد التعليمي، في المرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء التحول للتعليم عن بعد من وجهة نظر المعلمات. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، المسحي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (357) معلمة من معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية في مدينة الرياض. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: أن واقع الفاقد التعليمي لدى طالبات المرحلة الابتدائية في مدينة الرياض في ظل التحول للتعليم عن بعد من وجهة نظر المعلمات جاء متمثلاً بمساعدة الأسرة للطالبة في الإجابة على أسئلة الاختبارات وضعف المهارات الكتابية، وضعف المهارات القرائية. وتوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في استجابات المعلمات حول واقع الفاقد التعليمي لدى طالبات المرحلة الابتدائية وكانت الفروق لصالح معلمات الدراسات الإسلامية، ومعلمات الصفوف العليا، والمعلمات اللاتي تبلغ خبرتهن في التدريس 10 سنوات وأكثر. وإن أهم أساليب الحد من الفاقد التعليمي لدى طالبات المرحلة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر المعلمات يتمثل في: إعادة صياغة الخطة الدراسية القادمة، وتفعيل مهارات التعلّم الذاتي لدى الطالبة، وتكثيف حصص الإملاء وتخصيص وقت أطول لها. The study aimed to recognize the reality of educational loss, and methods of reducing educational loss in primary schools in light of the transformation of distance education from teachers' point of view. The study used descriptive, cross-sectional surveys. The study population consists of female primary school teachers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. (13205) female teachers, the sample: (357) female teachers. The study found several outcomes, including: The reality of educational loss among primary school students in Riyadh in light of the transformation of distance education from the point of view of the teachers came as the family helped the student answer test questions, weak writing skills, and weak reading skills. There are statistically significant differences in the responses of female teachers about the reality of educational loss among primary school students. The differences were in favor of Islamic studies teachers, teachers of higher grades, and teachers who have teaching experience of 10 years or more. The most important methods for reducing educational losses among primary school students from the teachers' point of view are: Re-drafting the upcoming study plan, activating the student's self-learning skills, intensifying dictation lessons, and allocating more time to them.
