The study aimed to determine the training needs of teachers of the first three grades in the southern region to use differentiated teaching from their point of view for the academic year 2023. The study sample consisted of 228 male and female teachers who were selected using the cluster random method, and the descriptive analytical approach was used. The study relied on the questionnaire as its tool, and the validity and reliability of the study tool was verified. The results of the study showed that the degree of evaluation of the teachers of the first three grades for their training needs related to differentiated teaching at the overall level was moderate, the results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimates their training needs related to differentiated teaching (gender, years of experience, academic qualification). The study recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to train teachers of the first three grades and enhance their skills in employing differentiated teaching.
