The study aimed to identify the role of school administration in improving students' skills in secondary schools in the context of educational foundations established by the Directorate of Education in the first district of Al-Zarqa Governorate. The study utilized a descriptive survey methodology, and a questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. The random sampling method was employed, and a total of 303 questionnaires were distributed to members of the study community, resulting in a 100% valid response rate. The study revealed significant findings, indicating that school administration plays a crucial role in enhancing students' skills based on the educational foundations among secondary school students. The relative weight for the impact of school environment on skill improvement was 74.6%, followed by the social environment with a relative weight of 71.2%, and the technological environment with a relative weight of 70%. These findings suggest that the administration's efforts are influential in creating a conducive learning environment to develop students' skills. Based on the study's objectives, the research sought to establish a suitable technological framework that enables school administrations to create an environment conducive to improving students' skills. The study culminated in essential recommendations, including reinforcing administrative procedures related to the educational environment to ensure improved student skills. Additionally, organizing training courses to highlight the pivotal role of school administration in creating diverse environments to enhance students' skills and defining the role of each category working within this context.
