استهدف البحث الكشف عن مستوى أداء معلمات الفيزياء في ضوء الممارسات التدريسية اللازمة لتنمية الفهم العميق لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي (المسحي)، وتكونت عينة البحث من (65) معلمة من معلمات الفيزياء في المرحلة الثانوية؛ ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدمت الباحثة بطاقة ملاحظة. وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث أن مستوى أداء معلمات الفيزياء في المهارات التدريسية اللازمة لتنمية الفهم العميق لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية متوسط؛ حيث احتل المجال الثاني: "الأداء التدريسي المرتبط بتنمية مهارة التفسير" المرتبة الأولى بين مجالات البطاقة ،بينما حاز المجال الأول: "الأداء التدريسي المرتبط بتنمية مهارة الشرح والتوضيح" على المرتبة الثانية ، وجاء المجال الثالث: "الأداء التدريسي المرتبط بتنمية مهارة التطبيق" في المرتبة الثالثة ، في حين شغل المجال الرابع: "الأداء التدريسي المرتبط بتنمية مهارة توليد المعلومات وتقييمها" المرتبة الرابعة – والأخيرة. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين معلمات الفيزياء بالمرحلة الثانوية في مستوى الأداء التدريسي المرتبط بتنمية مهارة الشرح والتوضيح لتنمية الفهم العميق تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين معلمات الفيزياء بالمرحلة الثانوية في المهارات التدريسية اللازمة لتنمية الفهم العميق (كدرجة إجمالية، وكمجالات فرعية: الأداء التدريسي المرتبط بتنمية مهارة التفسير؛ الأداء التدريسي المرتبط بتنمية مهارة التطبيق؛ الأداء التدريسي المرتبط بتنمية مهارة توليد المعلومات وتقييمها) لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية تعزى لمتغير عدد الدورات التدريبية. The research aimed to reveal the performance level of physics teachers in the light of the teaching practices necessary to develop deep understanding among secondary school students. The descriptive (The survey) approach was used, and the research sample consisted of (65) secondary school physics teachers; To achieve the research objectives, a note card was adopted, and its validity and reliability were verified. The results of the research showed that the level of performance of physics teachers in the teaching skills necessary to develop deep understanding among secondary school students is average. Where the second field: “Teaching performance related to the development of the skill of interpretation” ranked first among the fields of the card, while the first field: “Teaching performance related to the development of the skill of explanation and clarification” ranked second, and the third field: “Teaching performance related to the development of application skill” in The third rank, while the fourth field: “Teaching performance related to the development of the skill of generating and evaluating information” occupied the fourth and last rank. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) among secondary school physics teachers in the level of teaching performance related to the development of the skill of explanation and clarification for the development of deep understanding due to the variable number of years of experience; and the absence of statistically significant differences between secondary school physics teachers in skills Teaching necessary to develop a deep understanding of secondary school students due to the variable number of training courses.
