هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء نموذج نظري مقترح للعلاقة السببية بين متغيرات الدراسة الثلاث: القابلية للاستهواء والعجز المتعلم والتحصيل الدراسي، ومن ثم التحقق من صحة النموذج المقترح من خلال العزل الإحصائي لمتغير القابلية للاستهواء عن العلاقة بين التحصيل الدراسي وأبعاد العجز المتعلم، وكذلك فحص التأثيرات المباشرة عن التأثيرات غير المباشرة لمتغيرات العجز المتعلم في التحصيل الدراسي من خلال مرورها بالقابلية للاستهواء، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من 330 طالباً وطالبة بالمرحلة الثانوية، تم اختيارهم بطريقة طبقية عشوائية، وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة موجبة بين العجز المتعلم وأبعاده القابلية للاستهواء، ووجود علاقة سالبة بين التحصيل الدراسي وكل من العجز المتعلم وأبعاده والقابلية للاستهواء، كما أدى العزل الإحصائي لتأثير متغير القابلية للاستهواء لتأكيد أنها تتوسط العلاقة بين أبعاد العجز المتعلم والتحصيل الدراسي، أكد ذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين النموذج المقترح والنموذج المثالي لارتفاع مؤشرات المطابق، وهذا يشير إلى المطابقة مع النموذج السببي الأمثل، كذلك أظهرت الدراسة نتائج مختلفة للتأثيرات المباشرة وغير المباشرة للمتغيرات. The study aimed to set a proposed theoretical model for the causal relationship between the three study variables: the susceptibility, the Learned Helplessness, and the academic achievement, and then verifying the validity of the proposed model through statistical isolation of susceptibility variable from the relationship between the academic achievement and the dimensions of Learned Helplessness, as well as examining the direct effects on the indirect effects of the variables of the Learned Helplessness in academic achievement through their passage of the susceptibility . The sample of the study consisted of 330 high school students, who were chosen at stratified random. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between the Learned Helplessness and its dimensions of susceptibility to seduction, and the existence of a negative relationship between academic achievement and each of the Learned Helplessness and its dimensions and the susceptibility to seduction. Statistically significant differences are in between the proposed model and the ideal model for high Congruent and this refers to the matching with the optimal causal model. The study also showed different results for the direct and indirect effects of the variables. (Published abstract)
