هدف البحث للتعرف إلى أثر استخدام الحاسوب في التعلم الفردي والجماعي لحركة الرجلين في السباحة الحرة، مقارنة بالطريقة التقليدية المستخدمة، على عينة تكونت من (74) طالبة من طالبات كلية التربية الرياضية بجامعة اليرموك والمسجلات في مساق السباحة وزعن على المجموعات البحثية الثلاث. وبعد تنفيذ تجربة البحث توصلت الباحثة إلى ان لاستخدام الحاسوب بطريقة التعلم الجماعي التعاوني التأثير الأفضل على تعلم حركة ضربات الرجلين بالسباحة الحرة مقارنة بطريقة التعلم الفردي والتقليدية. وان استخدام الطريقة التقليدية بالتعلم المهاري قد يكون غير كافيا في تعليم بعض مهارات السباحة. وأوصت الباحثة بضرورة الاهتمام بالوسائل التعليمية وخاصة الحاسوب واستخدامها في عملية التعلم كأحد نماذج التعلم الذاتي المبرمج. This research aims to identify the impact of using computer use on individual and collective learning of the legs movement in free swimming compared to the traditional method used. On a sample consisting of (74) female students of physical education faculty at Yarmouk university who registered in the swimming course and were distributed into the three research groups. After implementing the research experiment, the researcher concluded that the use of computers in the collective learning method has the best impact on learning the legs movement in freestyle swimming compared to individual and traditional learning one. Also, the use of the traditional method of skill learning may not be sufficient in teaching some swimming skills. The researcher therefore recommended the need to pay attention to educational methods، especially using computer in the learning process as one of the programmed self-learning models.
