هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف دور وحدات التطوير الإداري في تحقيق متطلبات مجتمع المعرفة في الجامعات الأردنية الرسمية من وجهة نظر الإداريين فيها، باستخدام المنهج المسحي الوصفي، إذ طورت استبانة أداة للدراسة، ووزعت على عينة من (382) قائداً إدارياً، وموظفاً إدارياً، من ثلاث جامعات أردنية رسمية هي (جامعة اليرموك والجامعة الأردنية وجامعة مؤتة)، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α= 0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجامعة. The study aimed to identify the role of the administrative development units in achieving the requirements of the knowledge society in the official Jordanian universities from the point of view of their administrators using the descriptive survey method. The questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of 382 administrative leaders and administrative staff from three universities The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences at (α = 0.05) among the means of responses of the study members due to the university variable.
