هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف واقع الأداء التدريسي لمعلمات القراءات في المرحلة الثانوية في ضوء المهارات التدريسية اللازمة، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج المسحي تحقيقًا للهدف، كما تمَّ تطبيق الدراسة على جميع معلمات مادة القراءات بمدارس تحفيظ القرآن الكريم بمنطقة القصيم، وقد استخدمت الدراسة بطاقة رصد محتوى الخطط التدريسية؛ لمعرفة مستوى أداء معلمات القراءات في مدارس تحفيظ القرآن الكريم في مجال التخطيط للدرس، كما استخدمت بطاقة الملاحظة؛ لمعرفة مستوى أداء معلمات القراءات في مدارس تحفيظ القرآن في مجال تنفيذ وتقويم الدرس، وتمَّ التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. كما استخدمت الدراسة مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية، شملت: معادلة كوبر، ومعامل كرونباخ، والتكرارات، والنسب المئوية، والمتوسطات، وبعض مقاييس التشتت، واختبار (مان وتني)، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى أداء معلمات القراءات في مدارس تحفيظ القران الكريم بمنطقة القصيم وعددهن (20) معلمة في مجال تخطيط الدرس كان بمستوى (منخفض)، بينما كان أداؤهن في مجال تنفيذ الدرس جاء بمستوى (متوسط)، كما جاء أداؤهن في مجال تقويم الدرس بمستوى (متوسط)، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فرقٍ ذِي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين أداء معلمات القراءات ذوات التخصص في الدراسات القرآنية، وغير المتخصِّصات، في كلٍّ من الدرجة الكلية، ومجال تخطيط الدرس، ومجال تنفيذ الدرس، لصالح المتخصصات في الدراسات القرآنية. The study aimed to the reality of the female teachers’ teaching performance of the Quranic readings at the secondary stage in the light of the necessary teaching skills. The study used the survey method to achieve the goal. The study was applied to all the teachers of the Quranic readings in the Quran memorization schools in the Qassim region. The study used a checklist to monitor the content of the teaching plans to find out the performance of the teachers at the Quran memorization schools in the field of lesson planning. An observation checklist was used to determine the level of the performance of the teachers of the Quran memorization schools in the field of the implementation and evaluation of the lesson; its validity and reliability were achieved. The study also used a variety of statistical methods, including Cooper equation, Kronbach coefficient, frequencies, percentages, averages, some dispersion measures, and man-Whitney-test. The results of the study showed that the level of performance of teachers in Holy Quran memorization schools in Qassim, in the field of lesson planning, was (low); while their performance in the implementation of the lesson came at a (medium) level. Their performance in the field of evaluation of the lesson came at (medium) level. The study also found a statistical significant difference at the level (0.05) between the performance of the Quranic reading teachers, specialized in Quranic studies, and specialists in other disciplines, in each of the total degree, the field of lesson planning, the field of the implementation of the lesson, in favour of specialists in Quranic studies.
