The aim of the study is to identify the degree of practice of sustainable leadership by public school principals in Zarqa Governorate from the point of view of their teachers, and to find out whether there are statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample according to the variable (gender, educational qualification, years of experience), and to achieve the objectives of this study developing a tool consisting of four domains and (28) items, to identify the degree of sustainable leadership practice, and the total community in this study consisted of all male and female school teachers in the directorate of education for the first Zarqa region, whose number is (4308) male and female teachers, and a random sample was selected A stratified study consisted of (357) male and female teachers with a percentage of (8.3%). The descriptive survey method was used, and data was collected statistically. The results showed that the degree of sustainable leadership practice by public school principals in Zarqa Governorate from the point of view of their teachers was moderate. Based on the results of the study, a set of recommendations were made, the most prominent of which was raising the degree of practicing sustainable leadership in secondary schools through the nomination of secondary school principals for training courses and workshops related to sustainable leadership.
