هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور برنامج الدبلوم المهني في القیادة التعلیمیة المتقدمة في تعزیز أخلاقیات مهنة التعلیم لدى مدیري المدارس الحكومیة في مدیریة تربیة قصبة الكرك من وجهة نظر المعلمین. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم تطبیق مقیاس من إعداد الباحث تكون من (34) فقرة مقسمة إلى أربعة مجالات: (أخلاقیات المدیر تجاه الطلبة، الصفات الشخصیة، أخلاقیات المدیر تجاه المعلمین، أخلاقیات المدیر تجاه أولیاء الأمور). تكونت عینة الدراسة من (205) معلما و معلمة، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن دور برنامج الدبلوم المهني في القیادة التعلیمیة المتقدمة في تعزیز أخلاقیات مهنة التعلیم لدى مدیري المدارس الحكومیة من وجهة نظر المعلمین جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وبمتوسط حسابي (3.76)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة لدور البرنامج في تعزیز أخلاقیات مهنة التعلیم لدى مدیري المدارس الحكومیة من وجهة نظر المعلمین تعزى لمتغیر الجنس، بینما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة تعزى لمتغیر الخبرة ولصالح الخبرة (10 سنوات فأكثر). This study aims to determine the role of the professional diploma program in enhancing the teaching ethics among principals of public schools in the directorate of Qasabat Alkarak education from teachers perspective from teachers' perspective. In order to fulfill this aim, the researcher adopted the descriptive analysis method. The researcher used a questionnaire for the study consisting of four pivots, (principal’s ethics towards students, personal characteristics, principal’s ethics towards teachers, and principal’s ethics towards parents). The study sample consisted of (205) male and female teachers. The role of the professional diploma program in enhancing the teaching ethics among principals of public schools from teachers' perspective was (high) with a mean (3.76). In addition, the findings showed there was not any significant relation between the role of the professional diploma program in enhancing the teaching ethics among principals of public schools from teachers' perspective due to the variables of teacher sex, but there is a significant relation due to years of experience in favor of 10 years and more.
