هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن درجة ممارسة عملیات إدارة المعرفة وعلاقتها بتعزیز الإبداع الإداري لدى مدیري المدارس الحكومیة في محافظة الزرقاء من وجهة نظر المعلمین، استخدمت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي، ولتحقیق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء استبانة كأداة للدراسة والتأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وقد تكونت عینة الدراسة من (420) معلما ومعلمة في المدارس الحكومیة للعام الدراسي (2021-2022م)، وتم اختیارهم بالطریقة العشوائیة البسیطة. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة عملیات إدارة المعرفة لدى مدیري المدارس الحكومیة في محافظة الزرقاء من وجهة نظر المعلمین في جمیع المجالات قد جاءت بدرجة كبیرة، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى مدیري المدارس الحكومیة في محافظة الزرقاء من وجهة نظر المعلمین في جمیع المجالات قد جاءت بدرجة كبیرة. كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطیة قویة بین مجال إدارة المعرفة والإبداع الإداري من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الحكومیة في مدیریة تربیة الزرقاء الأولى. The study aimed to reveal the degree of the practice of knowledge management processes and their relationship to enhancing administrative creativity among government school principals in Zarqa Governorate from the teachers' point of view. The study sample consisted of (420) male and female teachers in public schools for the academic year 2021-2022, and they were chosen by the simple random method. The results of the study indicated that the degree practice of knowledge management processes among government school principals in Zarqa Governorate from the teachers’ point of view in all fields came to a large degree. The results also indicated that the level of administrative creativity among public school principals in Zarqa Governorate from the point of view of teachers in all fields came to a large degree. The study's results also indicated a strong correlation between knowledge management and administrative creativity from the point of view of public school teachers in the Directorate Zarqa first breeding.
