هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف دور وحدة جودة التعلیم والمساءلة في تجوید العملیة التعلیمیة في مدارس محافظة جرش من وجهة نظر قیاداتها المدرسیة، واتبعت المنهج الوصفي، وتم إعداد استبانة تكونت من (28) مؤشرا موزعة بالتساوي على أربعة أبعاد، وتكونت عینة الدراسة من جمیع القیادات المدرسیة بمحافظة جرش والبالغة (122) قائدا وقائدة للعام الدراسي (2021-2022م). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الدرجة الكلیة لتقدیرات عینة الدراسة على أبعاد تجوید التعلیم جاءت بدرجة تقییم متوسطة، وحل بعد المشاركة والمسؤولیة في المرتبة الأولى وبدرجة تقییم متوسطة، تلاه بعده التغذية الراجعة الفعالة وبدرجة تقییم متوسطة، ومن ثم بعد الاهتمام بتجوید التعلیم بدرجة تقییم متوسطة، وأخیرا بعد التقویم ومؤشرات الأداء وبدرجة تقییم متوسطة. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة تحدید الحاجات التدریبیة للقیادات المدرسیة والمعلمین لیتم في ضوئها إعداد برامج تطویریة تساعد على تجوید الأداء الإداري والتعلیمي وتعلم الطلبة. This study aimed to identify the role of the education quality and accountability unit in improving the educational process in the schools of Jarash Governorate from the point of view of its school leaders, and it followed the descriptive analytical approach. The study sample included all school leaders in Jarash governorate, which consisted of (122) male and female leaders for the academic year 2021-2022. The results of the study showed that the total score of the study sample’s estimates on the dimensions of improving education came with a medium evaluation score, and the participation and responsibility dimension came first with a medium evaluation score, followed by the effective feedback dimension with a medium evaluation score, then after interest in improving education with a medium evaluation score, and finally after Evaluation and performance indicators with an average rating. In the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended identifying the training needs of school leaders and teachers, in the light of which developmental programs are prepared that help improve the administrative and educational performance and student learning.
