هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف تحدیات تطبیق التعلیم المدمج من وجهة نظر المعلمین والإداریین في مدارس لواء الرمثا، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحلیلي وتمثلت الأداة في استبانة تم توزیعها على عینة عشوائیة بسیطة بلغت (100) من المعلمین والمعلمات والإداریین بالمدارس الحكومیة التابعة لمدیریة التربیة والتعلیم في لواء الرمثا في محافظة إربد في الأردن. بینت نتائج الدراسة أن استجابات أفراد عینة الدراسة حول تحدیات تطبیق التعلیم المدمج في مدارس لواء الرمثا جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في تقدیرات أفراد عینة الدراسة حول التحدیات التي تواجه تطبیق التعلیم المدمج تعزى لمتغیرات الوظیفة، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، وفي ضوء النتائج، أوصى الباحث بضرورة تهیئة الطلاب وتدریبهم على استخدام منظومة التعلیم المدمج وتقبلها، ونشر ثقافة التعلیم المدمج بین المعلمین، وتدریبهم على إعداد المقررات الإلكترونیة، وزیادة دعم البنیة التحتیة للمدارس الحكومیة من حیث توفیر أجهزة حاسوب حدیثة بالإضافة إلى توفیر شبكة إنترنت وأجهزة العرض المرئیة. The study aimed to reveal the challenges of applying blended education from the point of view of teachers and administrators in Ramtha district schools. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. The tool was represented in a questionnaire that was distributed to a simple random sample of (100) teachers, teachers and administrators. The results of the study showed that the responses of the study sample members about the challenges of applying blended education in the schools of the Ramtha district came to a medium degree, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample members. On the challenges facing the application of blended education due to job variables, academic qualification, years of experience. And in light of the results, the researcher recommended the need to prepare students and train them to use and accept the blended education system, spread the blended education culture among teachers, train them to prepare electronic courses, and increase infrastructure support. For government schools in terms of providing modern computers in addition to providing an internet network and visual projectors. (Published abstract)
