هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مظاهر التنمر المدرسي الشائعة وسبل التعامل معها لدى طلبة المدارس الحكومیة في مدیریة التربیة الطفیلة، من وجهة نظر المرشدین التربویین، ولتحقیق أهداف الدراسة تم تطویر استبانة لقیاس التنمر المدرسي الشائعة وسبل التعامل وتم التحقق من دلالات صدقها وثباتها، حیث أن الدراسة اتبعت المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وأخذت المسح الشامل حیث طبقت الدراسة على كامل مجتمع الدراسة وعددهم (60) مرشدا تربویا، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها: من خلال النتائج جاءت مجالات التنمر المدرسي مرتبه حسب متوسطها الحسابي وهي على الترتیب (المجال الحركي، المجال العدواني، المجال اللفظي)، كما وأشارت النتائج إلى أن الترتیب حسب المتوسطات الحسابیة بالنسبة لمجالات التعامل مع السلوك هو (المجال الاجتماعي، المجال التربوي، المجال النفسي)، وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في مستوى التنمر المدرسي بمجالاته المختلفة لدى الطلبة تعزى لمتغیر(الحالة الاجتماعیة، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة)، كما وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في مستوى التعامل مع التنمر المدرسي بمجالاته المختلفة لدى الطلبة تعزى لمتغیر (الحالة الاجتماعیة، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة). Common manifestations of school bullying and ways to deal with it among public school students in the Tafila education directorate from the counselors' point of view. The study aimed to identify the common manifestations of school bullying and ways to deal with it among public school students in the Tafila education directorate, from the point of view of educational counselors. The current study followed the descriptive survey approach, and took a comprehensive survey, where the study was applied to the enter study population, numbering (60) educational counsellors. The study reached several results, most notably: Through the results, the domains of school bullying were arranged according to their arithmetic mean, which is in the order (the motor domain, the aggressive domain, and the verbal domain). The results also indicated that the order according to the arithmetic mean for the domains of dealing with behavior is (the social domain, the educational domain, and the psychological domain). The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of school bullying in its various fields among students due to the variable (social status, educational qualification, experience). The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of dealing with school bullying in its various fields among students.
