هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على درجة ممارسة القيادة الخادمة في مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة القويعية، ومستوى الالتزام التنظيمي لدى معلمي إدارة التعليم بمحافظة القويعية، والتعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين استجابات المعلمين بمحافظة القويعية حول درجة ممارسة القيادات التربوية بمحافظة القويعية للقيادة الخادمة تعزى للجنس، أو الخبرة التعليمية؛ ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، والاستبانة كأداة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من معلمي، ومعلمات محافظة القويعية، وعددهم (4416) معلماً، ومعلمة، وعينة الدارسة بلغت 716 معلماً ومعلمة، وأظهرت النتائج: أن أفراد عينة الدراسة يرون أن القيادات المدرسية بمحافظة القويعية يمارسون القيادة الخادمة بدرجة كبيرة، وأن الالتزام التنظيمي متوافر بدرجة كبيرة لدى معلمي، ومعلمات إدارة التعليم بمحافظة القويعية، وكشفت عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 فأقل تُعزى لسنوات الخبرة، وتبين من النتائج أن الفروق لصالح أفراد عينة الدراسة أصحاب سنوات الخبرة (سنة وأقل من خمس سنوات)، وكشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية باختلاف متغير الجنس لصالح الاناث، وكشفت عن وجود علاقة طردية قوية دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة0.01 بين القيادة الخادمة لدى القيادات التربوية بمحافظة القويعية، ودرجة الالتزام التنظيمي للمعلمين والمعلمات من وجهة نظرهم. The objective of the study was to identify the degree of leadership behavior of the educational leaders in Al Quayeia governorate, the level of organizational commitment of the teachers and the teachers of the education department in Al Quayeia governorate, and the identification of the differences of statistical significance between the responses of teachers and teachers in Al Quayeia governorate, And to identify the differences of statistical significance between the responses of teachers in the province of Al Quayeia on the degree of the practice of educational leaders in the province of Al Quayeia for the leadership of the servant attributed to the educational experience, and identify the relationship The researcher used the descriptive method, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to study it. The study population consists of all teachers and teachers in Al Quayeia governorate, which number 4416 teachers and teachers. The sample of the study was 716 teachers, and the results showed that the sample of the study found that the school leaders in Al Quayeia governorate exercise the highly skilled leadership with an average of (3.83 of 5). The results revealed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 and less due to the years of experience. The results showed that the differences for the benefit of the study sample members with years of experience (one year and less than five years) The results revealed that there was a statistically significant difference between the sex variable in favor of females. The results revealed a strong positive relationship statistically significant at 0.01 level between the leadership of the educational leaders in Al Quayeia governorate and the degree of organizational commitment of teachers and teachers from the point of view of teachers.
