هدفت الدراسة إلى كشف درجة تطبيق جامعة الكويت لأبعاد المسؤولية المجتمعية بناءً على أسس الجامعة المنتجة من وجهة نظر القادة الأكاديميين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها وقادة المجتمع المحلي، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة بفئاتها الثلاث من (404) أفراد. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة تطبيق جامعة الكويت لأبعاد المسؤولية المجتمعية بناءً على أسس الجامعة المنتجة من وجهة نظر القادة الأكاديميين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها وقادة المجتمع المحلي جاءت متوسطة، وأن هناك فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α=0.05) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتصورات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، ولمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح أكثر من 10 سنوات، ولمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح فئة البكالوريوس، ولمتغير الموقع الوظيفي لصالح القائد الاكاديمي، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة استثمار الموارد الداخلية في الجامعة مثل المختبرات البحثية والأراضي الزراعية فيها بما يعود عليها بدخل مالي إضافي. The study aimed at revealing the degree of Kuwait University’s application to the dimensions of social responsibility based on the foundations of the productive university from the viewpoint of academic leaders, faculty members and community leaders. The descriptive analytical methodology was used. The study sample-in its three categories- consisted of (404) individuals. The results of the study indicated that the degree of Kuwait University’s application to the dimensions of social responsibility based on the foundations of the productive university from the academic leaders, faculty members and community leaders came medium. There were significant differences at (α=0.05) among the means of the perceptions of the study sample subjects attributed to sex variable, in favour of female, the variable for years of experience, in favor to more than 10 years, for the academic qualification variable in favor of the bachelor’s degree and the job position variable in favor of academic leaders. The study recommended the necessity of investing internal resources in the university, such as research laboratories and agricultural lands in it, in order to return additional financial income to it.
