هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعّرف درجة مُمارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في دولة الكويت للمهارات القيادية من وجهة نظر المعلمين. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي المدارس الثانوية في دولة الكويت للعام الدراسي (2018-2017). وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (732) معلمًا ومعلمة، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة مُمارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في دولة الكويت للمهارات القيادية جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة على جميع المجالات (المهارات الذاتية، والمهارات الفنية، والمهارات الفكرية، والمهارات الإنسانية، والمهارات الإدارية). كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة مُمارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في دولة الكويت للمهارات القيادية من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة. This study aimed at identifying the degree of practice of secondary school Principals in Kuwait of leadership skills from Point of View of teachers. The population of the study consisted of All secondary school teachers in Kuwait State for the academic year (2017-2018). The descriptive survey method was used. The sample of the study consisted of (732) teachers. The results showed that the degree of practice of secondary school Principals in Kuwait of leadership skills were significant in All fields (self-skills, technical skills, intellectual skills, human skills, and Managerial skills). The results of the study Also showed Statistically significant differences between the estimates of the study sample on the degree of practice of secondary school Principals in Kuwait of the leadership skills from the teachers' Point of View, which were attributed to the variables of gender, academic qualification and years of experience.
