The study aimed to identify the impact of the dimensions of the quality of work life (stability and job security, balance between life and work, the impact of leadership and supervisory style, progress and career advancement) in the library of the University of Jordan on the services provided to students from the viewpoint of workers and students. The analytical descriptive approach was used, and the study sample included (477) individuals working in the University of Jordan library and a number of University of Jordan students. The study tool consisted of a questionnaire consisting of (26) items distributed in four areas (stability and job security, balance between life and work, the impact of leadership and supervisory style, career progression and promotion). The results of the study showed that the level of the dimensions of the quality of working life according to the estimates of the study sample came to a medium degree, and that the level of services provided was to a high degree.
