This study aimed to identify the level of job satisfaction for male and female teachers working in learning resource rooms with students with learning difficulties in Irbid Governorate, and for that a questionnaire was distributed that measures the level of job satisfaction among teachers, and the questionnaire included four dimensions (work conditions, return Material and moral, relationship with management, professional development and promotions, and the study population consisted of (146) male and female special education teachers, the number of teachers was (65) and the number of female teachers (81) were the study sample. The study concluded through the use of arithmetic means, percentages, standard deviations, and the level of significance. The low level of job satisfaction among male and female teachers in the learning resource rooms, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences in the level of job satisfaction between male and female teachers and in favor of female teachers on the total scale, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences on all dimensions and in favor of female teachers.
