The degree of practicing the organizational justice of the primary schools principals in Ajloun Governorate educational directorate from the teachers’ point of view [Article]
This study aimed to identify the degree of practicing the organizational justice of the primary schools’ principals in Ajloun governorate educational directorate from the teachers’ point of view, and to reveal the effect of gender, educational qualification, and years of experience. To achieve the goals of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (26) items was developed to measure the degree of practicing the organizational justice of the primary schools principals in Ajloun governorate educational directorate from the teachers’ point of view, and it was distributed to a sample consisting of (196) male and female teachers who were chosen by the available random method. By calculating the averages and standard deviations, the degree of practicing the organizational justice of the primary schools principals in Ajloun governorate educational directorate from the teachers’ point of view was moderate, where the field of interactive justice came first with a high level, followed by the field of distributive justice came in second order with a moderate level, then the field of distributive justice came in third and last order with a moderate level. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample members due to the variables of gender, academic qualification, and years of experience.
