The research aimed to nature of the relationship between the research variables, the emotional intelligence skills and the withdrawal behavior of secondary school students, and to achieve this goal, the emotional intelligence scale prepared by Hosni Al-Najjar was used to measure the level of emotional intelligence among the research sample, as well as the behavioral scale. Withdrawal prepared by Tahani Munib to measure withdrawal behavior from the student's point of view and from the teacher's point of view. The 2-end semester of the academic year 2021-2022 AD, and after conducting the appropriate statistical treatments of averages, standard deviations and correlation coefficient, the results showed a positive, statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence skills and withdrawal behavior among the research sample, and the study recommended the need to pay attention to emotional intelligence among secondary school students. Through teaching a course on emotional intelligence or by taking care of their mental health and providing the necessary training programs for dealing with the repercussions of the Corona pandemic and the integration of students in the educational and social environment.
