This study aimed to find out the degree of commitment of male and female school principals to leadership ethics from their point of view in Jordan. The results of the study showed that the degree of commitment of male and female school principals to the ethics of leadership from their point of view in Jordan was medium. It also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (∞≤0.05) according to the gender variable, and there were statistically significant differences at the level (∞≤0.05) according to the educational qualification in favor of the bachelor's holders. It also showed the presence of statistically significant differences at the level (∞≤0.05) according to the practical experience variable. In the light of the results of the study, it recommends to invite the Ministry of Education to prepare a code of ethics for school principals to be a reference for them to refer to in their behaviors, and calls on the Ministry to follow up with school principals working at the present time to activate and apply the ethical principles laid down in the code.
