The study aimed to investigate the impact of technological applications on the development of creative thinking and cognitive growth among students in the Tenth Basic grade from the point of view of their teachers. The sample of the study consisted of (102) male and female male and female teachers of the tenth grade, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. Positive or negative on the cognitive growth of students, and there are no statistically significant differences at a significant level between the level of evaluation of male and female teachers for the tenth grade on the reality of the use of technological applications in favor of the positive or negative impact on students' creative thinking. With technological applications and educational programs and how to use them signs of validity and reliability have been extracted. The study reached the following results: There are no statistically significant differences at significance level between the level of evaluation of male and female teachers for the Tenth Basic grade on the reality of the use of technological applications in favor of the positive or negative impact on the cognitive development of students, and there are no statistically significant differences at Significant level between the level of teachers' assessment of the Tenth Basic grade on the reality of using technological applications in favor of the positive or negative impact on students' creative thinking.
