The study aimed to identify the degree to which secondary school principals in Ajloun Governorate exercise administrative flexibility and its relationship to their administrative creativity from the teachers' point of view. Secondary schools, and the study sample consisted of (307) male and female teachers, who were chosen by the simple random method. Among secondary school principals in Ajloun governorate, it came to a (large) degree, and the results showed the existence of a positive correlation with statistical significance at the significance level (α = 0.05) between the degree of administrative flexibility of secondary school principals in Ajloun Governorate. And the level of administrative creativity they have, and accordingly the study recommends the need to continue holding training courses for school principals on administrative flexibility.
