The study aimed to reveal the degree of effectiveness of distance learning and the challenges it faced from the viewpoint of Zarqa II education teachers in light of the Corona pandemic. The study sample consisted of (430) male and female teachers in the directorate of education for the second Zarqa region for the academic year 2021-2022, who were chosen by the stratified random method. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed the scale by referring to previous studies and theoretical literature related to this field, and the scale included two areas, namely: estimates and challenges. Corona was moderate, and the study also showed that the challenges faced by teachers in the method of distance education were great and that there are no statistically significant differences in the arithmetic averages of the degree of distance learning effectiveness in the schools of the second Zarqa district due to the gender variable, and there are also no statistically significant differences in the arithmetic averages of the challenges they faced during distance learning due to the gender variable.
