This study aimed to identify the level of organizational loss at Jordanian schools in the capital city of Amman and its relationship with the level of administrative efficiency in light of Corona pandemic as perceived by school principal. The researcher used the descriptive correlation approach. The researcher prepared and developed a questionnaire consisted of two parts: the first to measure level of organizational loss, which includes (5) domains, and (74) items. The second part to measure the Level of Administrative Efficiency, which includes (5) domains, and (54), items. Validity and reliability coefficient were ensured for the tool. The study sample consisted of (109) public and private school principals in educational directorates of Markah governorate. The results showed: The level of organizational loss came (high level), where the domains: "administer active and technical affairs" ranked first, followed by the "students' affairs", and the third domain came "continuous development and training of employees", followed by the domain "relationship with the local community", and the last domain came "public facilities and equipment".
