This study aimed to reveal the relationship of job satisfaction of the teachers of public elementary schools in the Rusaifa district to their teaching performance from their point of view. The study sample consisted of (160) male and female teachers in basic schools for the academic year 2021-2022, and they were selected in a simple random way. The results of the study indicated that the degree of job satisfaction and teaching performance of the teachers of public basic schools in the Directorate of Education for the Rusaifa region, from their point of view, all came to a high degree, and there were statistically significant differences in the arithmetic averages of the responses of the study members on the field of job satisfaction due to gender in favor of males, and there are no significant differences Statistically in the arithmetic averages of the responses of the study members on the field of teaching performance due to gender in favor of males, and there are differences in the arithmetic averages of the responses of the study members on the fields of job satisfaction and teaching performance according to years of experience.
