This study aimed to identify the prevailing patterns of parental care among vocational training students and their relationship to job choice satisfaction. The descriptive correlative approach was used. The sample size was (121) students from vocational training students at the Ain Al-Basha Institute, they were selected by stratified random method, and they were distributed on two training levels (skilled and skilled). To achieve the objectives of the study, a scale of parenting patterns and a scale of satisfaction with occupational choice were developed and applied. The results showed that there is a direct relationship between the democratic style and satisfaction with the occupational choice. As well as the existence of an inverse correlation between the authoritarian style and satisfaction with the occupational choice. And the absence of a correlation between the permissive style and satisfaction with the occupational choice. The results also showed that all types of parenting care among vocational training students were prevalent at a (medium) degree. The study recommended study and research related to satisfaction with occupational choice and its other variable relationship with such as occupational satisfaction, economic status and standard of living.
