This study aimed to identify the degree of activation of distance learning from the point of view of school principals in the Marka district education directorate in Jordan. The study population consisted of (197) principals and principals in the Marka district education directorate in Jordan for the academic year 2022-2021. A cluster random sample was taken from schools in the northern Hashmi district, Marka district, Tariq district, Al-Nuzha district and Al-Qusour district. The results of the study showed that the degree of activation of the Marca district education schools for distance learning from the point of view of school principals and principals was medium, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α ≤ 1915) in the degree of activation of distance learning from the point of view of school principals. and its directors in the Marka district education directorate in Jordan, according to gender. Also, there were not statistically significant differences at the level (α≤1915) in the degree of activating distance learning from the point of view of male and female school principals in the Marka district education directorate in Jordan, according to the educational qualification variable. It also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α ≤ 1915) in the degree of activating distance learning from the point of view of male and female school principals in the Marka district education directorate in Jordan, according to the number of years of experience.
