هدفت الدراسة التعرف على تصورات أعضاء هيئة التدريس للخصائص التنظيمية الداعمة لتطبيق مفهوم المنظمة المتعلمة لتحقيق التميز المؤسسي في جامعة حائل، والتعرف فيما إذا كان هناك فروق في وجهة نظرهم تعزى للرتبة الأكاديمية والخبرة والكلية، واعتمد في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي ؛ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة مكونة من (44) فقرة، تمثل كلٍ منها محوراً من محاور الدراسة وهي: (خصائص المنظمة المتعلمة، العوامل التنظيمية، التميز المؤسسي)، وتم اختيار عينة من مجتمع الدراسة تكونت من (136) عضواً، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى حصول محور العوامل التنظيمية على المرتبة الأولى في التصورات ثم تلاه محور خصائص المنظمة المتعلمة، وأخيراً التميز المؤسسي، كما أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير الكلية باستثناء محور التميز المؤسسي ولصالح تقديرات الكليات العلمية، ووجدت فروق ذات دلالة بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لمتغير الرتبة الأكاديمية ولصالح رتبة استاذ مساعد وأستاذ مشارك، كما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة ولصالح تقديرات من كانت خبرتهم من (1-5) سنوات. The study aimed to identify the perceptions of the faculty members of the organizational characteristics supporting the application of the concept of the organization to achieve the institutional excellence in Hail University and to identify whether there are differences in their view attributed to the academic rank and experience and the college. In this study, the descriptive approach was adopted. To achieve the objectives of the study, (44) items, each of which is one of the study axes: (characteristics of the organization, organizational factors, organizational excellence). A sample of the study population was chosen from 136 members. The study showed no statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the sample members due to the macro variable except for the axis of institutional excellence and in favor of the estimates of the scientific colleges, and there were significant differences between the average estimates of the sample members For the academic rank variable and for the rank of assistant professor and associate professor. There were also statistically significant differences between the averages of the estimates of individuals and the benefit of the estimates of their experience (1-5 years). (Published abstract)
