هدفت الدارسة إلى التعرف على مدى قيام الأسرة بدورها في التربية على قيم حقوق الإنسان، والتعرف على المعوقات التي تحول دون قيام الأسرة بدورها في التربية على قيم حقوق الإنسان، والتعرف على الوسائل والأساليب التي تعزز قيم حقوق الإنسان لدى الأبناء من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أولياء الأمور بمدينة الرياض بالمملكة العربية السعودية، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (56) ولي أمر، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي كمنهج للدراسة، واستعان بالاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، واستعان بالتكرارات والنسب المئوية والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ، واختبار مان ويتني، واختبار كروسكال كأساليب إحصائية، وقد توصل الباحث للعديد من النتائج أهمها: أن قيام الأسرة بدورها في التربية على قيم حقوق الإنسان جاء بدرجة عالية، وأن المعوقات التي تحول دون قيام الأسرة بدورها في التربية على قيم حقوق الإنسان جاءت بدرجة عالية، وأن الوسائل والأساليب التي تعزز قيم حقوق الإنسان لدى الأبناء جاءت بدرجة عالية جداً. وقد أوصت الدراسة بتعزيز التوجه نحو التربية باستخدام قيم حقوق الإنسان عن طريق عقد ورش عمل للأسر لتدريبهم على تطبيق التربية على حقوق الإنسان، وتفعيل دور وسائل الإعلام في توعية الأسرة بدورهم في التربية على حقوق الإنسان. The study aimed to identify the role of family to rear with the values of human rights, determine the obstacles that face the family to rear with the values of human rights and recognize means and methods that promote the values of human rights among children from the perspective of the study sample. The population of the study included all parents in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia Kingdom. The study sample consisted of (56) parent. The researcher used the survey descriptive approach. The researcher employed the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The researcher utilized frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations, Pearson Co relational Coefficient, Alpha Cronbach Coefficient, Mann-Whitney-U Test and Kruskal Test as statistical methods. The researcher concluded to the following results: The role of family in rearing with the values of human rights came with high degree. The obstacles that face the family to rear with the values of human rights came with high degree. Means and methods that promote the values of human rights among children came with very high degree. The study recommended with the necessity to promote the orientation towards rearing by using the values of human rights through organizing workshops for the families in order to train them for applying rearing by the human rights.
