هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم مقترحات تسهم بإذن الله في تعزيز تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مدارس التعليم العام -بنين- بمحافظة المجمعة، وذلك من خلال الكشف عن درجة تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المدارس، والصعوبات التي تحد من تطبيقها، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم أعداد استبانة وزعت على مجتمع الدراسة الذي تكون من المشرفين التربويين في إدارة التعليم -بنين- بمحافظة المجمعة، في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 1437-1438هـ والبالغ عددهم (52) مشرفاً، وكان من أبرز نتائج الدراسة موافقة أفراد الدراسة على أن درجة تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مدارس التعليم العام -بنين- بمحافظة المجمعة متوسطة، وموافقتهم بدرجة كبيرة على الصعوبات التي تحد من تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة المجمعة، وعلى مقترحات تعزيز تطبيقها، وأوصت الدراسة بتكثيف الجهود لتبني مفاهيم إدارة الجودة الشاملة ومبادئها، و تكثيف الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل لقادة مدارس التعليم العام حول مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة. This study aims at by determining the degree of application of TQM principles in schools, the difficulties that limit their application, and the proposals of the application of these principles. The researcher used the descriptive method. Data was gathered using a questionnaire and the research sample consisted of supervisors of school leadership in the Administration of Education in Al-Majma'a Governorate, semester 2, for the academic year 1437/1438 AH (46 supervisors in total or 85. 5% of the total study population). The main results were: The degree of application of the principles of TQM in general education schools is: "average". Members of the study agreement the difficulties that limit the application of the principles of TQM in the general education schools in Al-Majma'a Governorate. and the proposals to promoting the application of this principles. The study recommended adopt the concepts of TQM and its principles in general education schools, intensifying training courses and workshops for leaders of general education schools on the principles of (TQM).
