هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة القيادات الأكاديمية للقيادة الخادمة بأبعادها السبعة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس وكذلك التعرف على أثر الرتبة العلمية وعدد سنوات الخبرة على تقديرات أفراد الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة القيادات الأكاديمية للقيادة الخادمة، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وطبقت أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة) بأسلوب الحصر الشامل على كامل مجتمع الدراسة (أعضاء هيئة التدريس (أستاذ/ أستاذ مشارك/ أستاذ مساعد/ محاضر/ معيد) في كليات الجامعة الخمس وعددهم (189) عضواً، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة القيادات الأكاديمية للقيادة الخادمة كانت بدرجة عالية، وكما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية لمتغير الخبرة، وكذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بالنسبة لمتغير الرتبة العلمية ماعدا في بعد "الاهتمام بالمرؤوسين أولا" والذي جاء لصالح "معيد". This study aimed to identify the degree of the academic leaders using the servant leadership in its seven dimensions from the prescriptive of faculty members. Also, identify the impact of the academic rank and experience years on the estimates of faculty members on the degree of academic leaders using servant leadership. The descriptive method survey has been used. The study applied (Questionnaire) using the comprehensive inventory method over the entire study community (189), Faculty members; [Full Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor. Lecturer, Teaching Assistant] in the five colleges of the university and the useful return for statistical analysis were (149) questionnaires. The main findings were that the degree of the academic leaders using servant leadership was high and there were no statistically significant differences for the variable academic rank expect in “Putting Subordinates First” which came for the benefit of the “Teaching assistant” but the experience variable has no impact with the study community responses.
