هدف البحث الحالي إلى تطوير برنامج ماجستير المناهج وطرق التدريس بكلية التربية جامعة حائل في ضوء المؤشرات التعليمية لبرنامج التحول الوطني 2020، وقد اعتمد على المنهج الوصفي في تحقيق أهدافه، وتكونت عينة الباحث من بعض أعضاء هيئة التدريس الذين يدرسون بالبرنامج وعددهم (22) عضواً، وكذلك بعض الطلبة الدارسين والمقبولين بالبرنامج وعددهم (71) طالباً، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج ومنها: ضعف ارتباط أهداف برنامج الماجستير بالمؤشرات التعليمية لبرنامج التحول الوطني، وانفصالها عن أهداف وتوجهات ومسارات البرنامج، حيث لا تحرص إدارة البرنامج على تطويره وتقويمه وفق متطلبات التنمية المستدامة، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.01 بين استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة حول واقع برنامج الماجستير المناهج وطرق التدريس بكلية التربية جامعة حائل في ضوء المؤشرات التعليمية ببرنامج التحول الوطني، ويتطلب تطوير برنامج ماجستير المناهج وطرق التدريس: إعادة صياغة الإطار المفاهيمي للبرنامج، تطوير محتوى المقررات الدراسية للبرنامج وربطه بمتطلبات سوق العمل وخطط التنمية المستدامة في المملكة، وإعداد خطة بحثية متكاملة للبرنامج وربطها بأهداف ومسارات برنامج التحول الوطني ومؤشراته التعليمية. The current research aimed at developing the MA Program in Curriculum and Methodology in Faculty of Education in Hail University in the light of the Educational Indicators of the National Transformation Program 2020. The research depended on the Descriptive Method in order to achieve its aims and the sample included (22) Teaching staff who teach in the Program in addition to (71) masculine and female students who study it. The fact is that the current research reached some results including: The weak relationship between the MA goals and the Educational Indicators of the NTP 2020 and the separation of these goals from the orientations of the NTP, as the management of the program did not often attempt to evaluate and develop it. There is no statistical difference in 0.01 level in the responses of both teaching staff and students concerning the real status quo of the MA) Program in Curriculum and Methodology in the Faculty of Education in Hail University in the light of the Indicators of the NTP. Developing the MA Program in Curriculum and Methodology requires re setting the conceptual Framework of it, improving the content of the instructional syllabus and connecting it with the labor market and the Sustainable Development Plans, and setting an integrative research plan that is related to the goals and paths of the NTP.
