هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة المعتقدات الإدمانية كدلالة تشخصية بالاتجاه نحو التعاطي لدى عينة من المراهقين، أجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 400 طالب بالمرحلة الإعدادية والثانوية منهم (50% ذكور – 50% إناث)، (73.5% ريف- 26.5% حضر) وتراوحت أعمارهم ما بين 14- 17 عاماً بمتوسط عمري قدره 15.50 عاماً وانحراف 1.16، واستخدمت الدراسة مقياسين، وهما استبيان المعتقدات الإدمانية نحو المخدرات، ومقياس الاتجاه نحو تعاطي المخدرات، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة عن ارتباط بين المعتقدات الإدمانية بالاتجاه نحو التعاطي وأبعاده (الجوانب المعرفية والجوانب النفسية والبدنية والجوانب الانفعالية)، كما أظهرت النتائج تفوق الإناث مقارنة بالذكور، والريفيين مقارنة بالحضريين في المعتقدات الإدمانية والاتجاه نحو التعاطي، كما أمكن التنبؤ بالاتجاه نحو التعاطي من خلال المعتقدات الإدمانية بنسبة 56.5% للجوانب المعرفية، 53.6% للجوانب النفسية والبدنية، 58.5% للجوانب الانفعالية، 77.3% بالنسبة للدرجة الكلية للاتجاه نحو التعاطي. This study aims to find out the addictive beliefs as diagnostic significance to predict addiction among a sample of Adolescents. This study includes 400 students in preparatory and secondary stages (50% male and 50%female), (73.5% rural and 26.5% urban). Their age ranges from 14-17 with mean age 15.50 and standard deviation 1.16. The study has used two ways of measurement which are a survey of addictive belief towards addiction prepared by Emad Mekamar (under publication) and the measurement of the inclination towards addiction prepared by Abu Bakr Morsi (1998). The results show the relation between addictive beliefs towards addiction and its consequences (cognitive, psychological, physical, and emotional aspects). In addition, the results show that females excelled males, and people in rural areas excelled those living in towns and cities with respect to addictive beliefs and the inclination towards addiction. Moreover, the inclination towards addiction was predicted through addictive beliefs with a percentage of 56.5% for cognitive aspects, 53.6% for psychological and physical aspects, 58.5% for emotional aspects and 77.3% in total.
