هدف البحث قياس مدى تمكن طلاب الدراسات الإسلامية بكلية التربية بالزلفي من أحكام القضايا الفقهية المعاصرة، وتم تحديد أهم القضايا الفقهية المعاصرة ووضع اختبار تمكن الطلاب من أحكامها وتم تطبيقه على عينة مكونة من مائة طالب، وأظهرت النتائج أن نسبة التمكن من أحكام القضايا الفقهية المعاصرة بصفة عام 8,42% وهي نسبة تدل على ضعف الطلاب في التمكن من أحكام القضايا الفقهية المعاصرة، وأوصى البحث بالعديد من التوصيات، منها ضرورة العناية بتمكين طلاب الدراسات الإسلامية بكلية التربية من الأحكام الفقهية المعاصرة من خلال تطوير مقرر فقه النوازل كماً وكيفاً، كما اقترح البحث العديد من الدراسات المستقبلية المتعلقة بموضوعه. The research aims at measuring the degree to which Islamic Studies students of the Faculty of Education in Sulfa of are good at the provisions of the contemporary jurisprudential issues, the most important contemporary jurisprudential issues have been identified and examining how good the students are in these provisions. The test was made up of a sample of one hundred students, and the results showed that mastery proportion of the provisions of the contemporary jurisprudential issues in general was 42.8% which indicates the weakness of the students. Some recommendations were suggested by the research. For example, enhancing the students of Islamic Studies, Faculty of Education abilities in the jurisprudential issues through the development of the jurisprudential courses in quantity and quality, as suggested by many future research studies related to the same subject matter.
