هدف البحث التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين المشكلات الدراسية بدافعية الإنجاز الدراسي لدى الطلاب المكفوفين بمؤسسات التعليم العالي، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (61) طالباً وطالبة من المكفوفين بمؤسسات التعليم العالي بمنطقة القصيم، طبق الباحث استبانة المشكلات الدراسية واستبانة دافعية الانجاز الدراسي. وبعد المعالجات الإحصائية أظهرت الدراسة أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطيه دالة عكسية بين المشكلات الدراسية ودافعية الإنجاز الدراسي لدى الطلاب المكفوفين. كما دلت على أنه يواجه الطلاب المكفوفين بالجامعات بمشكلات دراسية عديدة مثل: عدم مراعاة الأساتذة للطلاب المكفوفين أثناء التدريس، كثرة موضوعات المقررات الدراسية، وعدم توفر أدلة تعليمية للمقررات الدراسية بلغة برايل. وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة ازدياد مستوي دافعية الإنجاز الدراسي لدي الطلاب المكفوفين بمؤسسات التعليم العالي. كما دلت على وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في المشكلات الدراسية بين المكفوفين والمكفوفات بالجامعات ضمن كافة الأبعاد لصالح المكفوفات. وأيضاً وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى دافعية الإنجاز الدراسي بين المكفوفين والمكفوفات بالجامعات لصالح المكفوفين. وعلى ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحث بضرورة تهيئة البيئة الجامعية لتتناسب مع احتياجات الطلاب المكفوفين الدراسية، والاجتماعية، وتزويد المكتبات بالأجهزة التكنولوجية، وتطبيقاتها التقنية في مجال المكفوفين، وتصميم البرمجيات التعليمية لهم. This study aims to identify the nature of the relationship between Study problems and the Motivation level of Academic Achievement of Students with special needs in higher education institutions. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of 61 blind students from different institutions in Qassim region. The survey has been used as an instrument to identify the academic challenges and motivation level of academic achievement. After the statistical analysis, the study showed the following results: 1-There is an inverse correlation function between academic challenges and academic achievement motivation among blind students. 2-Blind students in universities face numerous academic challenges such as teachers’ disregard for the blind while teaching, numerous topics of courses, and the lack of evidence of the educational curricula in Braille. 3-The blind showed high level academic motivation in institutions of higher education. 4-There are Statistical function differences in academic challenges between the male blind and female blind at universities in all respects for the female blind . In light of the study results, the researcher recommended the need to create a particular university environment to suit the social and academic needs of blind students and to provide libraries with technological devises and applications to be used by the blind, and to design educational software programs for them as well.
