أجريت الدراسة الحالية بغية تنمية مهارات تدريس اللغة العربية لدى معلميها في منطقة الجوف وفق متطلبات تدريس المنهاج التكاملي اللازمة لهم. ولتحقيق ما تصبو إليه الدراسة أعد الباحث مجموعة من الأدوات تمثلت في: قائمة بمهارات التدريس التي يفتقدها معلمو اللغة العربية بمنطقة الجوف التعليمية في إطار المنهاج التكاملي، برنامج تدريبي معد بغرض تنمية هذه المهارات، دليل المعلم لتدريس البرنامج المقترح، اختبار الكفاءة التدريسية للغة العربية. وطبقت الدراسة على عينة من معلمي اللغة العربية بمنطقة الجوف التعليمية قوامها (38) معلماً، قسموا إلى مجموعتين متكافئتين من حيث العدد، والأداء: تجريبية، وضابطة، قوام كل مجموعة (19) معلماً. وخلصت الدراسة إلى تأكيد فاعلية البرنامج المقترح؛ حيث كشفت المعالجات الإحصائية للبيانات عن وجود تحسن واضح في أداء المعلمين الذين مثلوا العينة التجريبية بالمقارنة بأداء أقرانهم الذين مثلوا المجموعة الضابطة بفروق إحصائية كبيرة. The study was conducted in order to develop the skills of Arabic language teaching to teachers in Al-Jouf area, according to the mutually complementary curriculum. To achieve what it aspires to study the researcher has prepared a set of tools represented in: list of teaching skills that were missing from the teachers of the Arab language Al Jawf region of education in the framework of the integrative platform, the training program for the purpose of the development of such skills, instructor's guide for the teaching of the proposed program, test teaching efficiency Arab language. and applied on a sample of teachers in the Arab language Al Jawf region of educational, (38)a milestone, divided into two sovereigns in number, and Performance: experimental, officers, the strength of each group,19 a milestone. The study concluded to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed program; where revealed statistical processor data on the existence of a clear improvement in the performance of teachers who represented the pilot sample compared to the performance of their peers who appeared control group statistical differentiation.
