هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة امتلاك معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية والوطنية في مدارس محافظة المفرق جودة الأداء التدريسي في ضوء متطلبات اقتصاد المعرفة. وأُستخدم المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت العينة من (123) معلماً ومعلمة، واستخدمت استبانة تكونت من (44) فقرة وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج الآتية: أن درجة امتلاك معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية والوطنية في مدارس محافظة المفرق جودة الأداء التدريسي في ضوء متطلبات اقتصاد المعرفة من وجهة نظرهم كبيرة، كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير (الجنس) وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث، ودلت النتائج على عدم وجود فروق في استجابات أفراد العينة تُعزى لمتغير الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، والمرحلة التعليمية. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بعقد دورات تدريبية لتنمية مهارات المعلمين وفق معايير الاقتصاد المعرفي. The purpose of the study was to determine the degree to which teachers of social and national studies in the schools of Mafraq Kasbah have the quality of teaching performance in light of the requirements of the knowledge economy. The descriptive methodology was used. The sample consisted of (123) male and female teachers, and used a questionnaire consisting of (44) items. The study found the following results: The degree to which the teachers of social and national studies in the schools of Mafraq Kasbah according to their quality of teaching performance in light of the requirements of the knowledge economy from their point of view is medium. The results showed that there were no differences in the responses of the sample members due to the variable of experience, the scientific qualification, and the educational stage. In light of the results, the study recommended holding training courses for the development of teachers' skills according to the knowledge economy standards. (Published abstract)
