هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى اتجاهات طلبة التعليم المهني الثانوي في الأردن نحو إقامة المشروعات الصغيرة الريادية، وعلاقتها بمستوى نضج الاتجاه المهني لديهم، على عينة بلغت (180) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة الصفين: الأول والثاني الثانويين، ومن أربع مدارس مهنية. أشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى اتجاهات طلبة التعليم المهني الثانوي نحو إقامة المشروعات الصغيرة الريادية، ومستوى نضج الاتجاه المهني لديهم جاءا متوسطين، وأن هناك علاقة إيجابية ليست قوية بين اتجاهات طلبة التعليم المهني الثانوي نحو إقامة المشروعات الصغيرة الريادية وبين مستوى نضج الاتجاه المهني لديهم. ويوصي الباحثان بضرورة العمل على تعليم وتربية ريادة الأعمال في المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ودمجها ضمن مناهج التعليم المدرسي والجامعي. This study aimed at identifying the attitudes of the secondary vocational education students; towards setting up the small pilot projects, and their relationship with the level of vocational maturity attitude. The sample of this study consisted of (180) male and female students, from four vocational schools. The results indicated that the level of attitudes of the secondary vocational education students, and the level of vocational maturity attitude were moderate, and the relationship between the attitudes of the secondary vocational education students towards setting up the small pilot projects and the vocational maturity attitude was positive, but not strongly. The researchers recommended the necessity of working on teaching and education the pilot projects and includes this in the curricula of schools and universities. (Published abstract)
