يستهدف البحث إلى معرفة مهارة القيادة وعلاقتها بالإنحياز التفاؤلي لدى المرشدين التربويين، ولكلا الجنسين. تضمنت عينة البحث (200) مرشدا ومرشدة من مديرية تربية بغداد، الرصافة الأولى. تم بناء مقياس مهارة القيادة، وتم اعتماد مقياس الإنحياز التفاؤلي لـ (زيدان، 2016). وبعد استعمال الحقيبة الإحصائية (SPSS) لمعالجة البيانات، أظهرت نتائج البحث أن المرشدين التربويين يمتلكون مهارة القيادة في عملهم الإرشادي، ولا يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين الذكور والإناث في امتلاكهم لمهارة القيادة، في حين أظهرت النتائج أن المرشدين التربويين لديهم إنحياز تفاؤلي، وأن هناك فرقا في الإنحياز التفاؤلي ولصالح الإناث. The research aims to identify the leadership skill and its relationship to the optimistic bias of educational counselors for both sexes. The sample of the current research included (200) male and female male and female counselors from the Directorate of Education of Baghdad / Al-Rusafa 1. The leadership skill scale was built and the optimism bias scale was adopted. After using the statistical bag (SPSS) to process the data, the results of the research showed that the educational counselors have the skill of leadership in their work. There is no statistically significant difference between males and females in their possession of leadership skill, while the results showed that the educational counselors have an optimistic bias and that there is a difference in the optimistic bias in favor of females.
