يهدف البحث إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي لمادة التربية العملية على وفق استراتيجيات التدريس الفعال. لتحقيق الهدف تم بناء برنامج تدريبي وفق خطوات أنموذج (ADDIE) والذي يتضمن مراحل (التحليل، الإعداد ويشمل التصميم والتطوير، التنفيذ، التقويم). لتحقيق أهداف البحث صاغت الباحثة الفرضية الصفرية التالية: لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات طلبة الكلية التربوية المفتوحة للمجموعة التجريبية الذين سيخضعون للبرنامج التدريبي المقترح وفقا لاستراتيجيات التدريس الفعال ومتوسط درجات طلبة الكلية التربوية المفتوحة للمجموعة الضابطة الذين لم يخضعوا للبرنامج التدريبي المقترح. تكون مجتمع البحث من جميع طلبة المرحلة الرابعة في قسم العلوم التربوية والنفسية في الكلية التربوية المفتوحة، مركز واسط الدراسي للعام الدراسي (2022-2023) والبالغ عددهم (36) طالبا وطالبة بواقع (20) طالبا و (16) طالبة موزعين على شعبتين، وكوفئت المجموعتين في متغيرات (الذكاء، العمر الزمني محسوبا بالشهور، اختبار المعلومات المسبقة). استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق الهدف الأول من بحثها، والمنهج التجريبي لتحقيق الهدف الثاني وكانت أداة بحثها (المقياس) لقياس اكتساب كفاءة التمثيل المعرفي للمعلومات لدى أفراد عينة البحث قامت الباحثة بإعداده، إذ تكون المقياس من (68) فقرة موزعة على (6) مجالات (حفظ المعلومات، ربط المعلومات، اشتقاق وتوليد المعلومات، التوليف بين المعلومات، توظيف المعلومات، تعدد صيغ التمثيل المعرفي للمعلومات). Objectives of the study: Creating a training program for practical education subjects according to effective teaching strategies for Open College of Education students. Hypotheses of the study: There is no statistically significant difference in (0.05) between the average scores of the students of the Open College of Education of the experimental group who studied by training program according to effective teaching strategies and the average scores of the students of the Open College of Education of the control group who did not study by a training program in acquiring the efficiency of cognitive representation of information. Research sample: The research sample consisted of all fourth-stage students in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the Open Educational College, Wasit Academic Center for the academic year (2022-2023), and they are (36) male and female, with (20) male and (16) female students divided into two divisions. The two groups were rewarded in variables (intelligence, chronological age in months, previous information test). And the researcher used the descriptive approach to achieve the first aim of her research and the experimental approach to achieve the second goal, and her research tool was (the scale). To measure the acquisition of the efficiency of cognitive representation of information among the members of the research sample, the researcher prepared it. Knowledge of information.
