هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن المشكلات التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعة اليرموك من وجهة نظرهم، ومعرفة أثر متغيري (مستوى البرنامج، ووضع الطالب) على المشكلات التربوية التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعة اليرموك، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (383) طالباً وطالبةً من طلبة الدراسات العليا في الجامعة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدمت استبانة مكونة من ثلاثة مجالات وهي (المشكلات الفنية والإدارية, المشكلات الأكاديمية, والمشكلات المالية)، وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى المشكلات الإدارية والفنية من وجهة نظر طلبة الدراسات العليا جاء متوسطاً، وأن مستوى المشكلات الأكاديمية جاء قليلاً، وأن مستوى المشكلات المالية‏ جاء كبيراً، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (‏‎0.05‎‏=α) في تقديرات ‏استجابات طلبة الدراسات العليا لما يواجهونه من مشكلات في جامعة اليرموك تعزى لمتغير مستوى البرنامج ولصالح طلبة الدكتوراه، ولمتغير وضع الطالب ولصالح الطلبة الذين لا يعملون. The study aimed at investigating the problems that face graduate students in Yarmouk University and find out the effect of the variables (program level, and the student's status) on those problems. The researchers used the descriptive survey methodology for the study. The sample of the study consisted of (383) male and female graduate students from Yarmouk university. For achieving the goal of the study, a three-domain questionnaire was used. The domains are (technical and administrative problems, academic problems and financial problems. The results indicated that the level of technical and administrative problems was moderate from graduate students' point of view. The level of academic problems was little, whereas the level of financial problems was big. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at (α≤0.05) in the estimations of graduate students' responses regarding the problems that they face in Yarmouk University attributed to the variable of program level in favor of Ph.D.’s Students and to the variable of Students' status in favor of jobless ones.
