يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر استراتيجية كاروسل في تحصيل مادة الاجتماعيات عند طلاب الصف الأول المتوسط. لتحقيق هدف البحث، وضع الباحث الفرضية الصفرية الآتية: لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات التحصيل طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الذين درسوا مادة الاجتماعيات على وفق استراتيجية (كاروسل) ومتوسط درجات تحصيل طلاب المجموعة الضابطة الذين درسوا المادة نفسها على وفق الطريقة التقليدية. اعتمد الباحث في ذلك التصميم التجريبي ذا الضبط الجزئي، واختار بطريقة السحب العشوائي متوسطة الأمير (ع) للبنين، ومجموعتي البحث التجريبية والضابطة، ذلك لغرض تطبيق التجربة. تكونت العينة من (68) طالبا، بواقع (34) طالب للمجموعة التجريبية، و(34) طالب للمجموعة الضابطة، كافأ الباحث بين مجموعتي البحث في متغيرات (المعرفة السابقة، الذكاء، العمر الزمني محسوبا بالشهور، والتحصيل الدراسي للأبوين)، صاغ الباحث (109) هدفا سلوكيا توزعت على أربع مستويات من تصنيف بلوم في المجال المعرفي (المعرفة، الفهم، التطبيق، التحليل) لمحتوى الفصول الأربعة (الأول، الثاني، الثالث، الرابع) من كتاب مادة الاجتماعيات للصف الأول المتوسط. أما أداة البحث فكانت اختبارا تحصيليا أعده الباحث يتألف من (40) فقرة اختبارية، من نوع الاختبار من متعدد، وتأكد الباحث من صدق الاختبار وثباته وخصائصه السايكومترية. خرج الباحث بنتيجة هي: وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات التحصيل طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الذين درسوا على وفق استراتيجية (كاروسل) وبين متوسط درجات تحصيل طلاب المجموعة الضابطة الذين درسوا على وفق الطريقة التقليدية، ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية. This research aims to identify the impact of Carousel's strategy on the achievement of social studies among first-grade middle school students. To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher put the following zero hypothesis: There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average achievement scores of the students of the experimental group who studied the social subject according to the (Carousel) strategy, and the average scores of the students of the control group who studied the same subject according to the traditional method. The researcher relied on the experimental design with partial control, and chose the random drawing method, the middle school of the prince (p) for boys, and the experimental and control research groups, for the purpose of applying the experiment. The sample consisted of (68) students, with (34) students for the experimental group, and (34) students for the control group. (109) behavioral goals distributed on four levels of Bloom's classification in the cognitive field (knowledge, understanding, application, analysis) of the content of the four chapters (first, second, third, fourth) of the social studies book for the first intermediate grade. As for the research tool, it was an achievement test prepared by the researcher, consisting of (40) test items, of the multiple test type, and the researcher made sure of the test's validity, reliability, and psychometric characteristics. It came out with the following result: There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the students of the experimental group who studied according to the (Carousel) strategy, and the mean scores of the students of the control group who studied according to the traditional method, in favor of the experimental group.
