هدف البحث إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تعليمي/ تعلمي على وفق أنموذج كويليان في التفكير العقلاني لدى طلبة كليات التربية. ولتحقيق الهدف، تم بناء برنامج تعليمي/ تعلمي وفق خطوات أنموذج (ADDIE) لبناء البرامج التعليمية، والذي يتضمن أربع مراحل هي: التحليل، والإعداد ويشمل التصميم والتطوير، التنفيذ، التقويم). ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم صياغة الفرضية الصفرية الآتية: لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية التي ستدرس المادة على وفق البرنامج التعليمي/ التعلمي وطلبة المجموعة الضابطة التي ستدرس المادة نفسها على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية في مقياس التفكير العقلاني. توصل الباحث إلى النتائج الآتية: لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية التي ستدرس المادة على وفق البرنامج التعليمي/ التعلمي وطلبة المجموعة الضابطة التي ستدرس المادة نفسها على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية في مقياس التفكير العقلاني. The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of an educational / learning program according to the Quelian model in rational thinking among students of the faculties of education. To achieve this goal, a teaching-learning program was built according to the steps of the (ADDIE) model for building educational programs, which includes four stages (analysis, preparation, including design and development, implementation, and evaluation). To achieve the objectives of the research, the following null hypothesis was formulated: There is no statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the mean scores of the students of the experimental group that will study the subject according to the educational-learning program and the students of the control group that will study the same subject according to the usual method in the rational thinking scale.
