تستهدف الدراسة التعرف على الاستقامة الإدارية لدى رؤساء الأقسام العلمية في جامعات محافظة بغداد. لغرض تحقيق أهداف البحث، قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس الاستقامة الإدارية الذي تكون من ثلاث مجالات رئيسة و(30) فقرة بصيغة النهائية. بلغت عينة البحث (521) تدريسيا من رؤساء الأقسام العلمية في جامعات محافظة بغداد. ولغرض معالجة البيانات، تم استعمال الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة وهي: الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة - الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين - معامل الارتباط بيرسون - معادلة ألفا كرو نباخ - معادلة شيفيه. وبناء على نتائج الدراسة، قدمت الدراسة مجموعة توصيات، أهمها: 1) تعزيز رؤساء الذين ينالون درجة عالية في جودة العمل. 2) توفير الاحتياجات الأساسية للعملية التعليمية لتحقيق جودة العمل الإداري جيد. 3) تفعيل اللجان الإدارية والعلمية في الأقسام لتعزيز عملية جودة العمل. This study aims to identify the administrative integrity of the heads of scientific departments in the universities of the province of Baghdad for the purpose of achieving the research goals. The researcher built the measure of administrative integrity, which consists of three main fields and (30) paragraphs in the final form. The sample of the research amounted to (521) teaching teachers from the heads of scientific departments in the universities of Baghdad Governorate. Based on the results of the study, the study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: 1) Strengthening heads who get a high degree in the quality of work. 2) Providing the basic needs of the educational process to achieve good quality administrative work. 3) Activating the administrative and scientific committees in the departments to enhance the quality of work process.
