تهدف الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة القيادة الإستراتيجية لدى المشرفين التربويين العرب في المدارس الابتدائية داخل الخط الأخضر وعلاقتها بالأداء المهني للمعلمين من وجهة نظر المشرفين والمديرين والمعلمين. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم لمنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من المشرفين والمديرين والمعلمين، اشتملت العينة على (273) مستجيباً، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين للقيادة الإستراتيجية من وجهة نظر المشرفين والمديرين والمعلمين كانت كبيرة، كما أظهرت أن مستوى الأداء المهني للمعلمين كان كبيراً، ووجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ممارسة المشرفين التربويين لقيادة الإستراتيجية والأداء المهني للمعلمين. The study aims to find out the degree of strategic leadership practice among Arab educational supervisors in primary schools within the Green Line and its relationship to the professional performance of teachers from the point of view of supervisors, administrators and teachers. To achieve the aims of the study. The correlational descriptive methodology. The sample of the study was chosen in a simple random method from supervisors, principals and teachers, the sample included (273) respondents, the results showed that the degree of educational supervisors practicing strategic leadership from the point of view of supervisors, principals and teachers was high, and it also showed that the level of professional performance of teachers was also high, and the results showed a statistical relationship between the educational supervisors' practice of strategic leadership and the professional performance of teachers.
